SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- PsomasFMG, an emerging leader in the development of turnkey solar solutions, recently signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) valued at approximately $20 million with Orange County, California.
