Rugby Realty, through Rexhall Realty LLC, has purchased the former Roomful Express Crafton warehouse for $7,375,000 from Chartiers Eagle Realty LP. The building on 24 acres at 2250 Roswell Drive has 477,020 square feet of warehouse space, 33,520 square feet of office and 22,570 square feet of internal loading dock, said Gary S. Wilson, a principal at Langholz Wilson Ellis Inc. He and Amy Brocato, an industrial broker at the firm, are seeking tenants who need 100,000 or more square feet.
