On appeal, Ronald and Mary (the Stewarts) argue that the trial court erred in dismissing their claims on summary judgment on that basis that the injury caused to Ronald was the result of an open and obvious hazard. Based on the following, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

RICHMOND - William Witherspoon Cutchins, 57, died peacefully at home Nov. 5, 2007, after a lengthy illness. He was born in Norfolk and raised in Franklin, Va., the son of the late Clifford A. Cutchins III and Ann Woods Cutchins, who survives him.
Will attended Woodberry Forest School, where he was a member of the Senior Prefect Board. He graduated from the University of Virginia and began his business career at Unimin Corporation in Greenwich, Conn. He received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. He worked for Union Camp Corporation in Wayne, N.J., and Franklin, Va., AMF Bowling and CCA Financial in Richmond. He retired in 2004 as president of Force Inc., in Christiansburg, Va.
