LIMA.- El candidato presidencial socialdemócrata Alan García consolidó su segundo lugar en los comicios del pasado domingo en Perú, al aventajar en 117 mil 718 votos a la conservadora [Lourdes Flores], informó hoy la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE). La ONPE precisó que computado 87.70% de las actas, García, de la Alianza Popular Revolucionaria Americana (APRA), tiene 24.45% de votos, y Flores, de Unidad Nacional, 23.38%. Le sigue Mercedes Cabanillas, de la APRA con 37 mil 298 votos; Gabriela Pérez del Solar (Unidad Nacional), con 30 mil 077 votos y el ex alcalde de Lima, Alberto Andrade (Frente de Centro) con 29 mil 586 votos.
