Think what a better world it would be if we all, the whole world, had cookies and milk about three o'clock every afternoon and then lay down on our blankets for a nap.

EPA and NHTSA, on behalf of the Department of Transportation, are issuing this joint proposal to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve fuel economy for light-duty vehicles for model years 2017-2025. This proposal extends the National Program beyond the greenhouse gas and corporate average fuel economy standards set for model years 2012-2016. DAYTON --The government's plan for a new air traffic control tower at Dayton International Airport does not include a radar approach control station, which will remain in its current leased space in the airport's administration building.
The Federal Aviation Administration said it plans to move the radar approach control from Dayton to Columbus in about three years to consolidate the functions. That will be about the time the Dayton airport's new air traffic control tower becomes operational, FAA spokesman Tony Molinaro said last week.
The number of air traffic controller jobs Dayton will lose to Columbus will be subject ...
