An Indiana Township woman accused of shooting an FBI agent during a drug raid on her home was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on charges of killing Special Agent Samuel Hicks with "malice aforethought. Christina Marie Korbe, 40, has been charged with forcibly assaulting Hicks while he was engaged in his official duties; using a .38-caliber handgun in a crime of violence; and aiding and abetting the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, her husband, Robert Korbe.
