MANOR TWP.: Terrence Milligan, 20, of 2107-B Plymouth Ave., was charged after he allegedly used a debit card that had been lost by a Lancaster woman April 17 to buy an item for more than $100 at the Just Press Play store on South Centerville Road. Police said Milligan told them he found the card along the road and decided to use it.
LEBANON CO.: A 16-year-old Lancaster County boy was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct for incidents Sunday night at Philhaven, 283 S. Butler Road, Mount Gretna, police said. The resident at the Boys West Campus assaulted a male staff member and spit in the hair of a female staff member. Charges were filed with the Lebanon County Juvenile Probation Department.

MARTIC TWP.: A stolen American Express card belonging to a Pequea woman was used to buy $663 worth of goods from the New York Mass Transit Authority between Sept. 14 and Oct. 16.
MANOR TWP.: Nancy L. White, 50, of 1123 Richmond Road, was charged with aggravated assault, DUI and reckless endangerment as the result of an incident in the township Oct. 20. White was also cited with having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle and for a backing violation.

BANGOR, Maine -- A New Hampshire fugitive wanted on four counts of aggravated felony sexual assault was caught Friday in Glenburn, according to Detective Bob Jordan of the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office.
Patrick Eschenbrenner, 50, who has been staying at a Kelley Road address for about a month and a half, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Friday, the detective said Monday.

PARIS -- An Oxford man was charged with attacking a woman and taking her purse over the weekend.
Matthew McAllister, 25, of 250 Webberbrook Road in Oxford was charged with theft, aggravated assault and violation of bail condition in the incident on Saturday night.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Jean Marie Small, 24, of Ephrata, was charged on March 14, after she was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute with a family member in the first block of Hayloft Road, township police said. Small was released on $10,000 bail.
DENVER: Adam Kenneth Beears, 35, of Ephrata, was charged with burglary, robbery, theft, simple assault and criminal mischief as the result of an incident at 532 Main St., March 5, East Cocalico Township police said. Beears allegedly forced his way into a home and assaulted a female acquaintance. He was arraigned before District Judge Bruce Roth and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Passaic Police Officer Joseph Rios III was indicted Monday by a Passaic County grand jury on one count of aggravated assault and another of official misconduct in connection with a confrontation with a city resident.
The incident was captured May 29 on video and shows Rios throwing 49-year-old Ronnie Holloway against the hood of his cruiser before flinging him to the ground and delivering several blows while Holloway is on his back. The video sparked a backlash against excessive force by police officers and calls for prosecution of Rios.

LANCASTER: Pedro J. Almodovar, 28, of the 300 block of Hazel Street, was charged after he assaulted two police officers during an incident Saturday at the Lancaster police station. Almodovar was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. The officers were treated at Lancaster General Hospital and released.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Police said a man was observed trying to gain entry Sunday evening to a home in the 400 block of Greenland Drive. The man was wearing a light-colored shirt and possibly had a ponytail. Police ask anyone with information to contact Detective Joe Edgell at 291-4676.

A man charged in connection with the death of a Spring Hill woman pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated assault.
In exchange for his plea, a homicide charge against Michael Benintend, 40, was dropped by prosecutors. Benintend must testify against a co-defendant, Michael Molina, who is charged with homicide.

WACO, Texas | Baylor's basketball program indefinitely suspended leading scorer LaceDarius Dunn on Tuesday after he surrendered to police to face an aggravated assault charge accusing him of breaking his girlfriend's jaw during an argument last week.
However, the woman's father, Charles Edwards, said from his home in Monroe, La., that his daughter, Lacharlesia Edwards, 21, didn't have a broken jaw and that "somebody down there is trying to make a story out of nothing.
