An impressive opening ceremony was held in the modern, marbled facade United Nations Economic Commission for Africa Headquarters, with a panoramic view overlooking the picturesque Ethiopian capital. A spectacular folk dance performance by the colorful National Theater of Ethiopia Performance Arts Group welcomed the conference attendees.
