King Camp Gillette, the eccentric 19th-century industrialist who created the Gillette razor and ushered us into the era of the disposable product, was a mad sort of dreamer. The news is full of it. Some sort of expanded health care coverage is in the works. This time it seems clear something will be done, but what?
