Hello world, I have a bold and interesting question to ask. What does it mean to What does it mean to be in What does it mean to give This question stands in relation to ones feelings for a person they desire to share their lives with: a partner. The bold portion of this question relates to Merriam-Webster's definition of love, "a deep feeling of sexual desire and attraction, any object of warm affection or devotion, a strong positive emotion of regard and affection".
[...] is Love so rare that it only exists within a small percentage of the human population? Or is love an evolutionary process that mutates and modifies itself to suit your personal wants and needs for a time period? I believe in my definition of love, which is; "the ultimate giving of ones self in an a...

My dictionary defines nostalgia as a "sentimental longing or wistful affection for a period in the past." From a musical standpoint, this particular definition means that a musician, whose appearance at the pinnacle of artistic or monetary success was a few years back, gets another shot at reliving his hits with fans seeking a mental and emotional return to those same halcyon days. This can be a good thing for area aficionados and bands touring on their back catalog.
Lewiston's Artpark, on a gloriously sunny summer day, is a near perfect venue for this kind of nostalgia. With the Niagara Gorge as a backdrop, moderate temperatures and free admission (parking not included), it would be difficult to find a spot more conducive to outdoor rock 'n' roll sentimentality in Western New York.

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering." (Colossians 3:12)
"Kindness" comes from a root that means both to know and to beget, hence kindred. This is also the root for gentle, genuine and genial. The earliest definition of kindness is "natural affection rising from a near relationship or kinship" (Oxford English Dictionary). An aspect of kindness, then, is to treat all people as though they are our kin or kindred.

Theories of coercion exist across multiple disciplines to explicate the ability of one actor, the coercer, to diminish the free will of another, the coercee, in the absence of overt physical force. A valid claim of coercion places legal blame on the coercer or relinquishes the coercee from legal responsibility for a coerced act or omission. Defining the point at which coercion occurs, however, is the conceptually more difficult task. Recently, coercion has emerged as a significant source of analytic concern in a developing area of the law-contemporary involuntary labor or human trafficking. It is in this setting where coercion is explicitly codified as a fundamental legal element in human-trafficking crimes. However, the laws addressing human trafficking continue to struggle with deline...
