The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to change a portion of airport land from aeronautical use to non-aeronautical use and to authorize the sale of the airport property. The proposal consists of all or portions of Parcels 209A, 213, 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 314, 315, 401, 402, 404, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, and 416, totaling 605.3 acres. Presently the land is vacant and used as open land for control of FAR Part 77 surfaces and compatible land use and is not needed for aeronautical use, as shown on the Airport Layout Plan. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to authorize the release of approximately 29.5 acres of airport property for sale. The land consists of portions of the original airport parcels. These parcels were acquired by the Wayne County Road Commissioners of Wayne County, Michigan, its successors and assigns (Wayne County Airport Authority) from the U.S. Government, General Services Administration without federal participation. This property was previously released for non-aeronautical use. There are no requirements to retain the land for airport use. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is requesting public comment on the Delaware River and Bay Authority's (DRBA) request to grant the Delaware Department of Transportation a permanent easement on 2.424 +/- acres of airport property along portions of Old Churchman's Road bordering a portion of the Airport property perimeter for roadway improvements. The 2.424 +/- acres land covered by the purposed easement will no longer be dedicated for aviation use by the New Castle Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to change a portion of the Ohio State University Airport from aeronautical use to non-aeronautical use and to authorize the swap of the airport property. The proposal consists of the swap of vacant, unimproved land owned by the State of Ohio (State) for land owned by the Board of Trustees of the Ohio State University (University). The State has requested from FAA a ``Release from Federal agreement obligated land covenants'' to swap one (1) parcel of property acquired by the State without Federal funding for three (3) parcels owned by the University. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to change a portion of airport land from aeronautical use to non-aeronautical use at the Seymour (Freeman) Field Municipal Airport in Seymour, Indiana. The proposal consists of 871 acres located outside of the fenced in portion of airport property. This land is currently being farmed. The entire 871 acres is part of Quitclaim Deed from the United States Department of Defense in 1941.
