The (VCAT or Committee), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), will meet Wednesday, February 8, 2012, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and Thursday, February 9, 2012, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The VCAT is composed of fifteen members appointed by the Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology who are eminent in such fields as business, research, new product development, engineering, labor, education, management consulting, environment, and international relations.

Trial court did not err when it overruled appellant/cross-appellees motion for summary judgment, motion for directed verdict, motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and motion for new trial. Sufficient evidence was adduced in the record which established that appellee/cross-appellant would have won a government contract in August of 2001 but for the tortious conduct of appellant/cross-appellee. Trial court did not abuse its discretion when it granted appellants motion for remittitur regarding compensatory and punitive damages awarded by the jury.
