Christie Whitman, former New Jersey governor and former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency administrator, has a new job description: private consultant. The Whitman Strategy Group has an office in Gladstone and will open another in Washington, D.C., Whitman said Tuesday. Its partners include Jane Kenny, a former state commissioner of Community Affairs; Eileen McGinnis, a onetime aide to Whitman in the governor's office and the EPA; Jessica L. Furey, a former EPA associate administrator; and Susan Spencer Mulvaney, a former EPA chief of staff.

LeROY - The LeRoy City Council hammered out the job description and possible salary for the soon-to-be-vacant city administrator's position at a special meeting Tuesday night.
