When I listened to an amiable voice mail from Vietnam vet C.D. Jackson telling me about an upcoming Memorial Day event in Claremont, Va., awhile back, I'll admit I wasn't entirely sure where Claremont was and wouldn't swear to it that I had even heard of it. So I did what I always do in a such a situation: I went to Linda McNatt and asked her what's what. Nobody knows this area like Linda, and, not only did she know the town, it turns out to be one of her favorite places on Earth.
