The University of Maryland School of Law will offer a Master of Laws program beginning this fall. Enrollment will be limited to 20 students, each of whom will have a faculty mentor and be required to write a thesis paper at the end of the full-time, one-year program, according to the school. The LL.M. candidates will choose from one of six areas: business law; clinical law; constitutional law; environmental law; health law; or international and comparative law.
