Diane O'Meally Littlehale, an accomplished businesswoman and energetic fund-raiser who helped raise thousands of dollars for breast cancer research and the Mahwah school district, died Friday. She was 43. Mrs. O'Meally Littlehale was president of Accountants on Call, a Saddle Brook-based company that places about 40,000 accountants and financial executives in permanent and full-time positions each year. She was named one of the state's Top 40 Executives Under Age 40 by New Jersey Business magazine in 2000.

Before joining Erickson Living, which owns Oak Crest, LoPresto advanced from staff nurse at Mercy Medical Center to vice president for patient care. Later, at MEDEX Assistance Corp., she led a 24-hour call center with operations in the U.S., England and China that provided emergency medical support to international travelers; she advanced to chief operating officer of MEDEX.
