The organization was named a "Top Workplace" in the Midsize Companies category. Ninety employers throughout Delaware took part in the workplace analysis survey representing 13,522 employees and 7.9% of Delaware's working population.

YAKIMA, Wash. -- The Yakima Air Terminal board on Thursday approved an agreement on fees and other provisions that gives pilots who have planes stored at Noland Decoto Flying Service long-term airfield access.
Under the proposed agreement, which still requires approval from the Federal Aviation Administration, pilots would pay half of a $45 monthly tie-down fee per plane -- the cost to park a plane at the airport -- and the group will pay about $689 annually to lease a little over 3,800 square feet of airport property to access the airfield, said board chairman Bill Wheeler. The agreement will allow Rick Sjogren, a local pilot who is representing the group, to close on the purchase of three hangars on the 9.2-acre property at 2810 W.
