Adam Goetz loves to play with his food. Since he's a chef, he gets to share his madness with his customers, in small doses, at his restaurant. Valentine's Day weekend at Sample, 242 Allen St., finds Goetz riffing on foods with aphrodisiac reputations. His $48 dinner for two won't put you in a carbohydrate coma, since it's served in courses of a few bites each. Clergy of several faiths will deliver blessings at 2 p.m. today to officially launch the newly opened West Side Bazaar at 242 Grant St. near Lafayette Avenue. Dear Janice, My lady and I enjoy light meals -- mostly appetizers. We enjoy Tantalus in East Aurora. Can you recommend a similar place in the Buffalo/Amherst area? -- Fred, Buffalo It sure is a great way to eat.
