In spite of lack of access to regular, legal employment, we found that many participants displayed a dedication to regular daily routine and a sense of risk management or control. Artists of the 21st Century" is a perennial favorite among exhibitions hosted by the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Ligonier Valley. It's hard for any art lover not to be charmed by a watercolor smearily painted by a kindergartner or a collage created by a classroom of budding Romare Beardens.
So, guests trekked with eager anticipation to a March 4 opening reception that introduced this year's exhibit, running through April 15.
