This award, to Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics, Inc., would have to be confirmed by another judge. The company claimed the 53-year-old Minneapolis- based recording artist broke promises to help promote the scent after its July 2007 launch. A lawyer for Prince said he would fight to keep the $3.95 million award from being confirmed.
