As the power outage caused by last week's ice storm dragged on toward its second week, two residents of Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park in Evansville provided shelter, warmth and nourishment for neighbors as their community waited for power to be restored. Jacob Harold Goslant was born at 11:35 a.m. April 21 at Maine Medical Center in Portland to Albert and Tammy (Stoddard) Goslant of Windham.
