The Commission proposes changes in its rules and regulations relating to the filing of privileged material, in keeping with the Commission's efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Government Paperwork Elimination Act, and the E-Government Act of 2002. In this final rule, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) is amending its regulations to require each regional transmission organization (RTO) and independent system operator (ISO) to electronically deliver to the Commission, on an ongoing basis, data related to the markets that it administers.
